Building Your Organization's Divisions    

An organization is composed of seven divisions, no matter the size. All activities of an organization,where composed of three people or three thousand are codified in these seven divisions.

As the organization expands the division's stretch and get longer and encompass more and more personnell, each with defined functions and statistics and sub-statistics.

The production of each division is measured carefully and accurately and graphed on a weekly basis for the division executives to ascertain their progress for the week visually and take specific measures based on the slopes of the graphs to continue to raise statistics.

The organization is composed of the following divisions:

Executive Division

Communications Division

Dissemination Division

Treasury Division

Products (or Technical) Division

Qualificatoins Divisoin, and

Public Division

Each division has specific functions and produces sub-products that go into the Valuable Final Product of the organization.

All posts are written up, assigned to a defined person and statistics exactly measure the production of each post and the entire divisions.
